About IELTS

The IELTS, or International English Language Testing System, is one of the world's most popular English language proficiency tests for non-native English speakers. It is designed to assess the language ability of candidates who want to study or work in environments where English is the language of communication. IELTS is widely recognized and accepted by universities, employers, immigration authorities, and other professional entities in English-speaking countries, such as Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the UK, and many institutions in the USA. The test has two versions:

• IELTS Academic: For individuals seeking higher education or professional registration.

• IELTS General Training: For those intending to undertake non-academic training or work experience, or for immigration purposes.
