One can take the IELTS exam an unlimited number of times. However, it is strongly recommended not to take the test excessively, as it may have an impact on the candidate’s application.

An IELTS score remains valid for a duration of two years from the date of the test.

IELTS scores become available 13 days after the date of the exam.

You can request up to five Test Report Forms (TRFs) to be sent to your chosen institutions within one month of taking the test. If you opt for courier delivery, it will be facilitated through DHL, and appropriate charges will apply. Additionally, the IDP IELTS office can arrange electronic submission of TRFs at no extra cost. Sending more than five TRFs may incur additional fees, along with courier costs.
